Another multi-hyphenate will be gracing our blocks with the arrival of Point Brazil Cafe-Grill-Buffet. Located at 31st Avenue and 38th St., this burgeoning area also boasts the relatively new Winegasm whose horrible name belies its indulgent menu choices. With opaque paper covering its windows and the threat of breaking and entering all too imminent, it was impossible to get a feel for how Point Brazil will measure up to the competition but with any luck, it'll be a variation on churrascaria, rodizio-style dining.
